1. Official Opening and Welcome

08:45 – 8:55 (10 minutes)

2. Registration

8:00 – 9:30 (30 minutes)

1/2 or 800m for all age groups and para swimmers

8:00 – 9:30 (1 hour)

1mile or 1600m for all age groups

3. Half a Mile or 800 meter wave

9:00 – 10:00 (1 hour)

4. First 1 mile or 1600m wave

10:00 – 11:00 (1 hour)

5. Second 1 mile or 1600m wave

11:00 – 12:00 (1 hour)

6. Elites 1 mile

12:00 – 12:45 (45 minutes)

7. Prize Giving Ceremony & short interview

12:00 – 12:45 (45 minutes)

All participants will be awarded a medal and a Red Bull on completion
All winners in each category will win fabulous prizes!

NOTE

Must be registered 30 minutes before the swim/wave to collect time tag and goodie bag
No floats are allowed
800 and 1600m swimmers have the option to wear skins or wetsuits
All winners are required to stay for the prize-giving ceremony and a short interview 13:25 – 14:00

Your safety is paramount, and an ER team and a water safety team will be available on site and in the water
